Framed Prints
All prints come packaged ready for you to frame yourself. If you wish to purchase a framed print please click here to contact me. Extra delivery charges will apply determined by weight and will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery
Prices for prints and cards include postage and packing to addresses within mainland UK. Please enquire for additional costs to have any items shipped outwith the UK.
I aim to get your print to you as soon as possible but as all orders are printed individually please allow up to 7 days for delivery although it will generally be with you in a few days. If you require a print quickly please contact me and I will do my best to get your order despatched immediately.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your print you may return any item within 7 days of receipt to obtain a full refund providing it is in the orginal packaging and is not damaged. Deposits for commissioned paintings are not refundable.
Commissions
All commissions require a £50 deposit which is non-returnable with the balance being paid on completion of the painting. All fees must be paid before delivery can be made. Delivery times vary but I aim to complete and frame your picture (if required) within 4 weeks of your order being placed and on receipt of your deposit. Framing is only available for UK customers.
Payment Terms
You can buy items from the online shop using your credit/debit card or paypal. I also accept payment by cheque or credit/debit card by telephone. Please call 01355 571055. Your credit/debit card details will not be stored or shared with any other organisation after your transaction has been completed.
